If you have purchased a session through GlutFit and are unable to attend the session due to unforeseen circumstances, you may be eligible for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel the session in accordance with our cancellation policy, which can be found on our website. In the event that the session is cancelled by the fitness center, you will receive a full refund.

If you are eligible for a refund, the process can take up to 5-7 business days to complete. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment. If the original payment was made by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card.
